Textile Tableau: An Exploration of Painting with Fiber

An invitational exhibition focusing specifically on artists who are usurping the use of paint by incorporating the methodologies and canons of painting as starting points for a greater exploration into fiber work. Featuring contemporary artists Susan Hoffmann, Wendy Carpenter, Sandra Martinez, Heidi Parkes, Sandra Wysock, Pam Collins, Peter Horjus and Laura Shrewsbury.


Wade in Water, Into the Field: Paintings by Judi Ekholm

Wade in Water, Into the Field surveys the work of celebrated Door County Impressionist painter Judi Ekholm, spanning from the 1990s to present. The exhibit highlights work from private collections alongside newly created, never-before seen works. Visitors will delight in the bold colors and romatic beauty of Ekholm’s landscapes, which showcase the artist’s emotional reaction to time and place.


46th Annual Salon of Door County High School Art

A highlight of the Miller’s annual exhibition program, the SoHSA highlights work from more than 100 students ages 15-18 years from each of the Peninsula’s five high schools.


The Mavericks: John Colt, Kenn Kwint & Theodore Czebotar in the Permanent Collection

Made possible with a major gift by the Kohler Foundation, Inc., The Mavericks presents more than 40 paintings and prints by Wisconsin artists John Colt, Kenn Kwint and Ted Czebotar. Eccentric, wild and bold, the works highlight and explore the fascinating career of three artistic mavericks.


Factory Made: An Exploration of the Industrial Scar

Scandinavian American: National Geographic Photographer’s Focus on Door County

Featuring photographer and National Geographic explorer Erika Skogg’s intimate portrayal of Scandinavian communities around the Great Lakes and never-before-published black and white Door County photographs from the National Geographic archives.

Featuring new and exciting contemporary work of Northeastern Wisconsin visual artists who reside in a six-county radius. This exhibit highlights exceptional work in a variety of two-dimensional disciplines: painting, drawing, graphics, and photography.


Fantasy: An Installation by Leslie Iwai
